    As the founder of Morrison Security, Sean built and led an organization known for reliability, discipline, and strong client relationships. That experience in growing and managing a service-based business continues to shape his leadership approach today—focused on accountability, performance, and doing things the right way.

    Now leading Arctic Ember Mechanical, Sean is committed to building a company from the ground up that reflects those same principles. He works closely with leadership and field teams to maintain high standards of service, consistency in operations, and strong customer relationships. Under his leadership, the company is driven by a simple mission: to make people’s lives better through dependable service and long-term relationships.

    Mike Terry brings over 30 years of hands-on experience as a pipefitter in the commercial HVAC industry.

    Starting in the field, Mike developed a deep understanding of installation, service, and system performance, which continues to shape his practical, results-driven approach to leadership today. Mike oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, with a focus on delivering reliable service, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and building strong relationships with clients.
